The Calphalon Clasic Nonstick 13" x 20" double griddle is the ultimate griddle for Sunday brunch! The generous size fits over two burners easily. Due to it's construction of heavy gauge aluminum, the pan will heat up evenly throughout pan. Calphalon's own 3ply nonstick coating makes cooking a breeze, you don't even need to use fats or oils, but if you can we receommend it because it will great enhance your foods flavor. Just think you could get a batch of pancakes, bacon and sausage cooking all at the same time! The edge is design to catch oils so your foods aren't cooking in their own grease. The nonstick surface is guaranteed not to chip or peel, but be sure to use nylon, plastic or wood utensils to avoid scratching. Clean your Commercial Nonstick with a "Dobie" pad (nylon mesh covered sponge) and warm sudsy water, the exterior only can be cleaned with Comet/Ajax and a scotchbrite pad. Never put your Commercial Nonstick in the dishwasher or use aerosol cooking sprays.

I purchased this griddle just to be on top of my new range. It is better than the griddle that JennAir offers - cooks evenly and I can even slide it into the oven to cook bacon. It cleans up easily, looks great and I feel that it is one of the best purchases I have made. Will be giving this second purchase as a Christmas present.
