"I have been baking off and on for years now, and I had yet to find a muffin pan that I was really satisfied with until now!
I used my new mini muffin pan for the first time this weekend (8/6/05), and it was awesome! I did not have to spray it with non-stick spray and I did not have to wash it, other than to wipe it clean with a damp cloth! The muffins cooked perfectly, browning evenly, and popped right out of the pan! I would totally recommend Calphalon's Mini Muffin Pan! By the way their cookie sheets are great too! "
